Make 2024 your best year yet. How? By deciding that it will be, and plan for it to happen. We have a little over two months before the new year to think about what we’d like to achieve in 2024, how we want to prioritise our time and energy, and what are the actionable steps that’ll take us closer to who we wish to be.
To help you get started, here are three tips from us:
1. Set Your Goals / Intentions For 2024
Making time to consider and prioritise your goals or set an intention before the start of a new year is a great exercise in getting clear on what you want to achieve and how you want to do life in 2024.
Once you’ve identified what they are, come up with actionable steps that will help you get there. Divide your goals into short-term and long-term and don’t forget to celebrate the small wins!
2. Always Be Prepared
Plan each day ahead. This will not only allow you to prioritise and organise what and who will get your time, but also give you a sense of order (which helps to prevent unnecessary stress) for what’s to come.
Schedule all appointments and to-dos professional and personal no matter how small it is. What you schedule has a better chance of getting done.
3. Use A To-do List
Before each day begins, it’s useful to list out key tasks you have to complete that day and rank them according to urgency.
Writing out all that needs to get done makes the day feel a lot less daunting, and checking off each completed task offers a sense of satisfaction and a boost in your confidence.
